No-show

In case of a no-show at the hotel, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Guarantee

Individual bookings are considered firm only with a valid Credit Card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a total or partial prepayment of the stay before the arrival of the customer.

Cancellation and modification

Flexible rate : A prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking. Any cancellation or modification can be made without charge up to 31 days before the day of arrival. If cancelled 30 days before check-in, 30% of the total amount will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

No-cancellable, no refundable rate : A prepayment corresponding to the entire stay is charged at the time of booking. The prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, modification of the dates of stay or no-show.
